From staff reports The East Davidson girls and Thomasville girls won first round games on a night where several other county teams saw their seasons end. Haley Grimsley poured in 28 points as the East girls (21-5), the No. 2 seed from the Central Carolina Conference, pounded Lincolnton 65-44.
